Jennifer is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry, having developed, cast and produced
on a variety of successful projects for top networks and production companies. Starting with MTV Spring Break and eventually including Bravo's Most Eligible Dallas, Miami Social, Thicker Than Water: The Marinos, Style Network's The Amandas, TLC's Truth Be Told and CMT's My Big Redneck Wedding, just to name a few. Her passion for great storytelling has spanned various platforms including television, digital, podcasts and marketing. Currently, she is the Executive Producer and Co-Host of the Dealing Justice Podcast.

Lori Jennings
Lori spent several years as Executive Producer for the Healthcare News Network and has since produced everything from live events to documentaries and news before her unexpected relationship with reality television developed. Lori decided to embrace her love (and her natural ability) for casting and combined with her executive experience she's what we call "The Perfect Storm." Whether it was casting for major hit series such as The Bachelor, Bachelorette and America’s Got Talent or in the trenches most recently discovering real characters for A&E’s Lady Hoggers, Style Network's The Amandas or CMT’s My Big Redneck Vacation. Lori is a powerhouse leader and her reputation for unearthing those “one-of-a-kind” characters has always been her calling card.
