From reality television, film and commmercials to scripted award shows, Jennifer Dubasak has been working for over fifteen years in the entertainment business producing, developing and casting projects for the industry's top networks and production companies. Jennifer's time spent as Director of Development included developing, producing and casting such hit shows as Bravo's Most Eligible Dallas, Miami Social, Thicker Than Water: The Marinos, Style Network's The Amandas, TLC's Truth Be Told and CMT's My Big Redneck Wedding, just to name a few. Whether developing and casting in the office, shooting in the field or collaborating in post, Jennifer's passion for finding and telling a good story is her signature on any project.

Lori produced everything from live events to documentaries and health news at local production companies and with her local PBS station before her unexpected relationship with reality television developed. After realizing this was much more than a fling, Lori decided to embrace her love (and her natural ability) for reality tv and she’s never looked back. Whether it was casting for major hit series such as The Bachelor, Bachelorette and America’s Got Talent or in the trenches most recently discovering real characters for A&E’s Lady Hoggers, Style Network's The Amandas or CMT’s My Big Redneck Vacation, Lori’s reputation for unearthing those “one-of-a-kind” characters has always been her calling card. Lori’s uncompromising work ethic along with her amazing ability to find and develop good characters and stories make her an invaluable part of Vintage South Productions.
